Procomp 7069 vs Level 8 Tracker - Finish

So I have a 2014 Sahara in the pipeline and I want to switch to flat, and I mean flat black wheels. From the countless searches I have done, it appears that the pro comp 7069's are flat black whereas the level 8 trackers apear to be more on the glossy side. I would love to by 15" wheels if possible, and I'm not interested in painting or plasti dipping my wheels.

Any opinions on the finish on these two wheels from actual owners?

I love my procomps, they look really nice in person. The wheels have a nice, almost silky black look to them.

It looks like ultra 164s are the same as the procomp, except I could get them in 15. I found one guy on here that runs the polished 164s with no altercations required see: Downsizing to 15in rims - Page 2 - JeepForum.com

i'm actually going to be picking up a set of 7069's in the very near future...not much of a different look vs my current mickey thompson signature series but i'm betting the new ones will "pop" a bit more than my mickey's...also going with a different width than my current set.

Does anyone know the difference in weight between the two? I'm going to buy a set of 15's if the near future.
