Jeeperforever is on a distinguished road

I've got a quick question. If I have 38" toyo oc mt and a 4" Evo lift will I need PSC ram assist? Is it necessary? Also I have the stock dana 44 axles and there sleeve and gussested (thanks EVO) I know 37" tires will run fine but will 38" with the sleeve and gusset? I know its an inch but better safe then sorry aye?
