Rim suggestions for new '13 wrangler unlimited sahara

Hey all!

Just bought a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I got bright white and hoping to put some black rims on it. Stock rims are 18" so thinking it might be cheapest to stay with stock tires and put different 18" rims on. Found some I really like, looking for opinions or suggestions. Found some Helo H878 rims I really like I attached a pic.

Only thing it says in the description is: Aggressive fitment. Vehicle should have lift kit or fender modifications for proper clearance. - Does this mean these will not fit my stock jeep? I mean they are only 18" wheels.

What size tire that's what counts? If u go bigger than 33 I will need a bit of lift. I use 17" whes and 35" tires. I lifted 3and a half and put flat flares

What's max tire width I can get on these rims without a lift kit or fender mods? Probably keep the 70 going

Actually looked into 295/65/18 wrangler duratrac tires, thinking this would work well with these rims right?

That is the max size tire you could run on a stock suspension.
