Rim/Tire question.

I've attached a picture of my rims. I would love it if someone could identify the brand of rims. I would love some advice on tires or rims & tires on a budget. The rims in the picture are 15" 10.50. I currently have 31's on them but just lifted my 02 TJ. Want to bump up to 33's but not sure it would look good with the rims I own. I want the tire sticking out past the fenders look. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated!

Those are factory wheels, take a look at this link:
Stock TJ Specifications - JeepForum.com
From everything I have read on this site & another site, the biggest issue is the backspacing on the factory wheels. If you plan on going with bigger tires, then a 15x8 rim or 15x10 rim with no more than 4" of backspacing is required. You can find some deals on steel wheels/tire combos on the web.

Those arent factory jeep wheels. Id get 15x8 wheels with around 4" of BS if you plan on running 33's. It will allow you to air down without fear of popping a bead. I run 3.75" bs on my wheels but they stick out quite a ways past the flares.

I did quite a bit of research on this... I also couldn't find these on factory 02 Sahara TJ's. I now know that I'm going to need new rims to fit the 33 x 12.5 x 15 tires I want. I hear 16's are tough to get tires for and I'm not sure I like the 17" look. Should I reconsider the 17" rims? I love the look of tires that stick out over the flares!
