Rubicon wheels

Can you fit 12.5 inch wide tires on the rubicon wheels without spacers? and still have little rubbing? Maybe just adding a washer to the steer stops?

I know it's been asked a million times but I can't seem to get the right combination of search words

No. The rear spring perches will eat your tires.
