saveing rims in the winter

what is the best thing you can put on your rims to save them from salt in the winter time

The easiest thing is take them off and put on some used wheels you dont mind getting beat up. I went to Les Schwab and they have a "Used" rack in the back area and I bought 4 centerlines for $25 each and mounted studded tires on them. So when winter hits I just change wheels. No mounting and balancing fees etc.

I do the same, I always use cheap steel rims for winter.
2012 Wrangler JK Sport 2dr, man 6 spd, 3.73 diff
