Swapping out tires

Hey all, so the tires I ordered (Pro Comp Xtreme M/T2 Radial Tire on 51 Series Steel Wheel Qty 5 for 2013 Jeep® Vehicles with 5x5 Bolt Pattern - Quadratec) in a 33. Just had a question about swapping them with my stock tires.

I'd like to do it myself, but I haven't changed all four tires on a vehicle at once before. Anything different than swapping spare tires if I had a flat, for instance?

if ur switching wheels/tires to the pro comp u mentioned above to replace ur stock set, all u got to do is bolt on and go. if u haven't changed ur wheels yet, be sure to take out retainer clips on the wheel bolts that come from the factory. they keep the brakes in place when they go through the assembly line.

I cant really explain how they look but they're noticeable clips on the wheel studs. Just pull em off with some pliers.
