Tire rotation question

How would you rotate the tires in this setup?

Bought a used 2012 JKUR with the stock BFG MTs on it.

The two front tires are brand new and the spare is also. The two rear have
some wear on them, probably original tires with now 18K miles on them.

There's about 3/8ths of an inch tread depth on the rear tires and 5/8ths of an
inch of depth on the new front tires and spare. Too late to start the 5-tire rotation?

If ignorance is bliss, going to Clemson must be orgasmic.

Never too late. Get the most mileage out of them by doing the 5 tire rotation.
The worn ones...one in the front, and the other worn one in the spare.

I agree.
Wasn't on a Jeep, but I got 82K out of a set of (5) Dick Cepek FC II's using the 5 tire rotation on a Land Rover.
