Tire size?

Need help? I just got a 01 jeep wrangler sport, I bought 17" wheels and just want to know if 33x12.50 R17 would be a good size. The jeep is stock. What is the highest I could go without lifting , I don't want any rubbing!

Thanks for the help!

31x10.5

Without rubbing. Depending on the BS of the wheels you bought you may have to adjust the steering stop so not to rub the lower control arm.

4'' lift to run 33's with room, you can get away with 3'' lift but you'll need decent bumpstops for 33's.

Tires in 17's tend to cost more coin $$$ and are harder to come by if you need one replaced right away.

As stated above 31x10.50 is the biggest you can go on stock height unless you plan on doing some major cutting or Hi-line fenders.
