Tire sizes for 2011 Wrangler

I recently purchased a 2011 Wrangler Sahara and would like to put different wheels and bigger tires on it. What's the biggest tire i can put on it that would look good and not require any lift?

Welcome to the forum!

33" wheels and tires can fit without a lift but if you want to improve the stance too, I'd recommend installing a mini lift or leveling kit. They aren't expensive and help give the jeep the look you are imagining in your head.

33" wheels and tires without lift or level (rubbed slight when suspension was full flexed or compressed) :

33" with level:

Also with a 2.5" mini lift it is possible to run a 35" tire. (3" lift is ideal)

New as well......

Hello, I am a new jeep owner as well. I purchased a 2011 wrangler sport and also want to upgrade. Any help on the following questions would be much appreciated:

1- Is the max tire size on the sport the same as the above Sahara?

2 - I currently have the low end steel wheels (didnt see a point in paying extra for wheels I plan on getting rid of). Has anyone had any experience with procomp steel wheels? Specifically the Procomp Rock Crawler 52. I plan on using the jeep for daily commute, but also for hunting season.

Thanks in advance.....
