Are you sure that they are 15' wheels??? Stock on a 2013 is 225/75/16. That being the case, you can go 235/75/16, 245/75/16, or maybe 265/70/16.
Or you can get some take-off's from a Sport S, or a Sahara and they'll fit perfectly. Just have to reset your speedometer/odometer for the small difference in circumference.

I have a 2010 sport and it came with 225/75/16. I bought some bald Sahara take off for the rims and purchased some 255/75/17 for it. I wish
I would have gone to 265 or 275. Yours are 29" roughly and 255 I put on are just under 32" diameter so the Jeep is 1" to 1-1/2. If you keep your
factory steelies you could easily go 265/75/16 and not have any problems.
2010 JK added 17" rims and 32 inch At tires, hitch, Ace rock sliders, Barricade bumper,
light guards, grab handles, floor mats, Grabars, Rock Ridge hood latches and fuel door, and 2" Rancho sport lift with 9000XL adjustable shocks.
