Tires for 2008 Jeep Wrangler

I need new tires for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X. I was thinking of the BFGoodrich® - All-Terrain T/A KO for $196 each. BFGOODRICH® All-Terrain T/A KO Tires | All Season All Terrain Tire for Light Trucks and SUVs
I want something that will be good on both sand and roads. Any thoughts? Thanks for your help!

What size are you planning to run. Great tires but a tad on the noisy side. Not as loud as an mt though

I just bought the M/T's Ill let you know the difference. Getting them mounted as soon as i find some worthy rims I think they will be a fantastic choice though!

You should run the same size tires with no need to put a bigger size. BFGoodrich is a good choice. I want to ask a question you have any issue with rims?

So I guess that I need a tires 101 class...I am not sure what is a good type to get, and I would like to spend around $1,000 for the tires and for someone to put them on. I have the factory tires still on and am in desperate need of some new ones! I am moving to Hawaii and would like them to be able to handle some driving on the beach/off road. Any help is appreciated!!

1k huh. i have a simple solution. go to craigslist and look for some rubicon take offs. they usually go anywhere from 600-100 based on their condition.

you could then sell your take offs also.

you will have new wheels/tires, and have $$ in the bank if you decide to sell your old take offs.
