Torn Between 3 Different Sized Tires

Okay, well the Mrs gave me the thumbs up today that I can go ahead and upgrade my stock Dueller's. I'm currently running a TF 2.5" coil lift, TF quick disco's, and Spidertrax 1.5" spacers. The trails that my '12 JKU (pentastar, auto w/ 3.73) see's is pretty much considered moderate, this is my daily every other day driver (just bought a '14 Pathfinder for the Mrs in Jan). I'm located in central Arizona so there isn't much mud and no snow (other than driving up north to go snowboarding). I don't have any other plans for the JKU other than tires. The tires I'm looking at is:

275/70/18:
Duratrac's, Cooper ST/Maxx, Nitto Terra Grapplers, and Nitto Trail Grapplers

285/65/18:
Duratrac's, Nitto Terra Grapplers, and Nitto Trail Grapplers

295/70/18:
Nitto Terra Grapplers, and Nitto Trail Grapplers
(I'm really considering this size because they're not 35's but they also shouldn't rub on the fenders at full flex when I'm feeling brave)
I recently found the Terra's for $204.03/tire

Let me know what you guy's and gal's think.

Focus more on the tire than the minor differences in size. The Duratracs and Coopers are your better quality tires but the Nittos aren't too bad.
