I think i will go with this setup.

They are level 8 rims, the offset is -6, i should be ok with 33"s right?

according to my calculations and some charts that equals 8.5 rim width with -6 offset = 4.5 backspacing

Yes, 33" is a great size. You don't have to lift it. I put spacer on my 1995 YJ.
