Can anyone help me or have suggestions? Also, where should I get them from?

Why do you want a 18 inch winter wheel?

Go with 15, 16 or 17 and save some money.

I went with a 17 inch wheel for my winter wheels. Love them

Now it just needs to snow!

I went with 17" stock moab rims for winter on my 2013 Sahara JKU also. You can pick them up on kijiji for 300 to 400 a set anytime. I put 265 70 17 bfg winter slaloms on them which are very close in height to the stock 18" duellers.

If you plan on running in really deep snow (up to the hood) I suggest running beadlocks so you can air down to 5-10 psi.
