0% financing for 36 months on 2012's

I was at a couple of dealers yesterday, and one of them had 0% written on a 2012. He said that 0% was availble for 36 months on 2012's....I went home and looked it up, but didn't see it until today.

Current Incentives and Rebates on Jeep Vehicles | Jeep.com

Looks like now is a good time to buy. However....now that sales are starting to slow down a bit...I wonder if more incentives could be on the way?

I am betting that if you wait until end of January you will see that jump to 48 months. A friend in the business told me the best time of the year is to buy in Jan because people don't have money for a downpayment due to christmas bills. It makes sense. I am waiting to pull the trigger in Jan/Feb unless a dealer comes along and offers me a deal that is equivalent of buying at 0%. Looking for an unlimited sport s.

Hmmm....I could see that.

Don't forget to join Tread Lightly or check with you employer to see if you have affiliate pricing. And check Truecar and USAA as well.

Nothing would beat landing a 2012 Wrangler below invoice and not paying any interest on it for a few years.

I just sold my BMW privately and am waiting to pull the trigger.... I'm new to Jeep and am still putting info together, but I think I'll wait until the 48-60 0%, too.
Need to build my Jeep and then see invoice.

I'm in the same boat. I've been reading/researching for a couple of months. I'm probably going to pull the trigger in Jan/Feb, so I will have my new Jeep just in time for Spring. I'll probably order a Crush colored 2-Door, but still would like to see Gecko. Hoping they expand the 0% for more than 3 months.

Jeep pulled the old bait and switch....

On another website, someone pointed out that it is now only availble on the Sport S models....it wasn't like that on Friday.

WTF...

Its still there, for some reason it has 2 spots to hit details on that page. One says for sport s and the other list all the unlimited models.

For those waiting for 48-60 months it may not happen for a while. Jeep usually offers those terms on everything but the wrangler, the wrangler usually never goes over 36 months.

Credit Score

Has anybody taken advantage of this recently? I am curious as to what credit score they require for the 0% financing.

Thanks,

Not sure what they are requiring this time but 720 is about standard to qualify for 0%
