07 Wrangler Sahara Door Leaks

I have an 07 Wrangler Sahara and it leaks around both doors. I have had it to the dealer three times, and it still leaks. They replaced the header seals but it still leaks. I will attempt to bring it back a 4th time, and see if they get it right. I have been inconvienced 2 to 3 days at a time every time I've brought it to them. Getting to the point now that I want my money back cause I still have same issue as before.

If anyone has any ideas I would gladly appreciate any information that could help with the problem or maybe the avenue to getting it fixed.

Thanks
Leonard

Where is it leaking? Dripping down on the door handle? Could be caused by improper reinstallation of the door frames.

I had an 07 soft top and it leaked all the time, I to tried to have the stealer ship fix it but they could not. its some thing you just have to live with, or get all new parts from a 2010. I now have a 2010 soft top and it does not leak at all, jeep re did the door shrouds, and some other stuff looks nice, and the top is by far less louder than my 07. If you want I can take a pic of my new one so you can see it.

I have a 2010 and your maybe different. There is a real thin piece of rubber that goes under the front edge of the door surround. It can get pinched in the gap between door frame and the windshield frame. Pictures below show the rubber piece I am talking about.

I've got an issue with our 2010 hard top right in that spot. When it rains, a little tiny bit of water leaks in on the door from that spot. Right on the freedom top panes, there's some spongy black foam where the panels touch the rubber door seals. The problem is that the spongy black foam is exposed to the outside, and then also extends inside the vehicle about 1/4 inch. When it rains, the part outside gets wet, and then through capillary action, the water soaks the part that's inside the vehicle (even though the foam is pinched by the door seal). The water then drips through the foam and into the car.

I'm going to fix it by trimming the black foam so that it doesn't extend inside the car. Seems like a silly design.

No, they don't all leak, and they aren't supposed to leak, otherwise, they wouldn't put out a book on how to stop them. http://www.jeep-club.net/graphics/ma..._Leaks_All.pdf
