08 jku sound system question

Ok, ive got the non infinity sound system in my jku. Ive replaced the front speakers with the polk audio db,6501 componets and the sound bar with the db651s speakers. Stock HU, no amp.

So why is it with all settings balanced(in the middle) I hear more sound from the front than I do the back(snd bar)? Now if I change the front/rear balance 2 or 3 turns towards the rear, the sound seems more balanced between the front and back.

Perhapsvis just the HU but seems kunda weird.

Most audio people will tell you that you want the sound to seem like its in front of you.

I think I have the same speakers as your setup. It's mostly due to how the components work.

Just set it however you prefer. It's your jeep.

It's because the factory amp gives off more power to the front speakers plus the factory tweeters give extra vocal sounds.
