Question 09 wrangler rubicon rims and tires, will they fit 76 CJ7?

Hey guys I have a friend who wants to buy my 09 rubicon rims and tires but does not know if they will fit. They are the 17 inch rims. The bolt pattern is the same but he wants to know if the hub or whatever it is called will fit. The problem is his Jeep is over 2 hours away, otherwise we would try to see if they fit.
Thanks, Jeff

its not the same bolt pattern IIRC the JK has the new 5x5 and the cj,yj,tj are all 5x4.5 bolt pattern.

they do make spacers that will convert the bolt patterns though.

and they would look sweet on a cj too!

not sure about the hub question, but all you need to know that is measure the inside diameter of the hub hole in your wheels and have him measure the outside diameter on his hubs and see if they would slide over them.

And the adapter isn't that easy to find. Well not for me anyways. Found one but they are a little expensive IMO.

5 by 135 to 5 by 135 wheel adapters,wheel spacers, wheel adaptors
