09rubicon help needed. Flood damage

I'm rebuilding and 09 rubi. 6spd 25k miles prior salvage.
Everything works like cruise and power windows and such.

But. My swaybar disc will not work nor will lockers. And no speakers

I've changed all fluids and bench tested the swaybar and lockers. They work fine. But not from inside vehicle. Please help.

How deep was the water it was flooded in? Could the switch panel be shot? That would make both the lockers and sway bar malfunction
