10-066 flash update(recall)?

So, I saw that someone else posted about the recall for the axle torque bolt thing, I called and found I had three recalls.

One, the axle torque. All they did was tighten them.

Two, the door latches, they replaced 3.

And last, a computer flash update "10-066" maybe it was "10-099" I'm feeling lazy and I don't want to move 5 feet to get my invoice. Anyway, I Googled the crap out of it and couldn't find much of anything. Any input on what the heck this computer update is for?

I seem to have more response in the throttle, but what if that's just in my head? lol

Yeah, that's exactly what torque is.

The rep I asked didn't fully know. There were two things updated, he said. One was something to do with the state inspection. The computer was failing the inspection even tho there was nothing wrong.

The other has something to do with the engine computer and he said it may have been adjustments to the electronic throttle.

I've seen debates whether or not one of those particular "flashes" for throttle response working on a manual equipt jeep -only with a automatic?
I've expressed complaints about the poor throttle response in my new to me 07, although I don't seem to have an argument, because I'm comparing to my direct throttle Tj. No secret there is a delay with the drive by wire. I will never know if mine is excessive though. Good or bad I installed the SprintBooster- Instant go when I push on the gas, no more delay.... It's great
