10A 35inch tires?

Hey guys...question..

Without having to go into the thread from the 10A...i just need a simple answer. I have a 4 door 10th Anniversary. Am I able to fit 35in tires on it without a lift? I know the 10A's sit higher then a standard wrangler. I would change the fenders if that would help. I just do not feel like dishing out the money for a lift kit right now AND i do not want to void my warranty.

All info appreciated..thanks!! Pics would be cool also!

No.

Edit: you could go flat fenders, spacers and 305/70/17, that will fit just fine and is 34" tire so quite close. See my many postings about the subject. For the time, effort and cost to get 35" tires to fit with no lift (which I have done) you could have lifted 2.5" and been done with it.

They won't quite fit and even if they do, the travel will be so limited they will offer little benefit off road. Appearance wise they will look stuffed into the wheel wells.

You can probably get a budget boost for the less than the cost of the fenders.

I know you said no lift kit, but how about the Teraflex leveling kit with spacers? I run it on mine with no problems, and it have me room to clear my 35's as well. It's really cheap and easy to install and shouldn't void a warranty. Here's a pic of mine with that kit and 10A springs and 315/70/17 Duratracs.

I ran 35x12.5-17 on Rugged Ridge wheels on the stock suspension for at least a month. Fit fine for all daily driver needs I ran into. No rub lock to lock. No issues in and out of driveways over a curb or two or turning at speed. I had zero rubbing but again never took it off road on this setup and certainly never unlocked the front anti-sway as I'm sure I would have ripped up a tired or fender that way.

It can be done for sure but it's only something I would do UNTIL you get you lift installed.

My suggestion would be go with 2.5-3" lift. Same pic of the Jeep on a 3" lift.
