The NavTV is plug and play but camera location is the big choice. I bought a hitch cover and lock - I experimented with red plasti-dip but ultimately went with black - and an Alpine camera. I didn't do the license plate cam because I wanted it centered. I didn't do the spare tire cam mount because I felt the view to be a little too high for parking/children. Anyway - works great - NAV, Cam and DVD are accessible while driving.

Looks good! Something I need to install also - especially if the wife ever wants to drive this rig without backing up over a Prius trying to park.

Anyone know how to take the filler plate off the front bumper without messing it up? Going to do a small mod to it but don't want to do it while on the Jeep. Hoping I don't have to pull the bumper off either.

Bought a used OEM soft top with all brackets to use during the summer. Only $375. Makes the 10A look more like a Jeep compared to the Hardtop which gives it an SUV look.

Just 24 hours after I took delivery of my 10A -- A small mod (14" AntennaX) but very helpful, since the OEM antenna had been hitting my garage door everytime I drove in or out of the garage.

I don't think there'll ever be a time when I drive my 10AE when I don't want to park on a Prius.

Does anybody know if mini android computer like this Latest Quad-core Mini Android PC TV Stick RK3188 CPU Bluetooth 4.0 will work with 730 radio using a lockpick or navtv?

you would also need a mini/hdmi/usb to rca converter but Im not sure if the touch screen on the 730 radio touch screen would work with it?

How is the reception on this compared to the OEM antenna? I'm thinking about this or the offroad version.

Truth.
All my preset AM and FM radio stations were the same, and I was testing it when my 10A was inside my garage. So far so good, I would say.

And that was the reason I went for the 14" instead of the 13", from what I have read the 14" holds the reception pretty well compares to the OEM antenna.

BadDog and others who installed the recon fender lenses - is this what you saw when you opened the box?

JD, take the old bulb out of the socket. The socket will then slip over the new light.

You'll rotate the bulb holder/socket about a 1/4 turn and pull the bulb holder from the old light. This is the back of the old marker light - notice there are two notches inside the hole at opposite ends:

Then you will pull the bulb straight out of the holder, this is what the old bulb and its' base look like:

Then slip the bulb holder over the LED nipple that looks like the base of the bulb.

Question for fellow 10A drivers...Is it just mine or does the 10A hood make a high pitch "tinny" sound when driving above 20mph? I've never heard this sound on previous JKUs.

That just makes an insane amount of sense! I was being too gentle with the bulb. I would say I was overthinking it, but that might be giving me too much credit. Hopefully the gobi comes in the next few days and then I will post pics of everything minus the winch install...

Installed the Recon fender flares in minutes thanks to John and BadDog! I used a T handle T9 to pop the plastic pins for reuse.

I also received my 50w6om resistors for the grill turn signals (Recon supplied resistors were defective) - no more hyper flashing up front.

The tail lights are still an issue. The new resistors didn't help. I took the tail lights to professional installers who also had no luck - they think the lights are defective so I am sending them back. I will let you all know how Recon handles it.

I also received the spacer from Teraflex - necessary for stock wheels on the TF adjustable tire carrier. I tapped out the original wheel studs with a 3lb hammer and hand pressed the new longer wheel studs - this time in the lowest setting. My 285/75s still clear the bumper by about 1.2"

LMAO, you don't count the wheel locks, but you do count Velcro and a garage door opener?!? Progress Hulka! Had to order the WD fronts last week. Like my SurpriseStraps, but kept reading about these, and think a solid grab may better suit me. Keeping the straps in back, as the monkey kids use them just fine.

Those AT2's look just as good as MT tires but offer you a quieter and smoother ride.
I like it

Where did you get the TF stuff?

Fast, use 3M command strips as they are more easily removable when you need to. I will post a pic of the kit I used.
