I used the screws that came on the box. The original screws in that location will loosen.

In what location? ... There's eight screws total holding both lenses together. The ones that came in the box look exactly like the ones on the inside edge.

What holes did you use those four supplied screws?

I too thought it easier to just reuse the screws, however I reviewed the instructions (which show the new screws "C" replacing the inner screws) to try a figure out why they gave you four more screws. Had to be two on each. Showed, as I looked closer, to replace the inner screw on each light. Or the ones closest to the spare. When I went out to check things out the inner screws were already backing themselves out. Took them out and put the new ones on with a much tighter fit.

Removed both of the fog lights, one was done on trail and the other I took out before it also got knocked out. Installed rugged ridge mirrors and bestop soft half doors. Running spider shade up front and just swapped the toyo 35s on procomp rims from my 09 X onto this one and going to trim the fenders tomorrow to they will clear at full flex. Already tried it out and only rub was at the outer lip of fenders on stock suspension.

Nothing at all, took it out to my flex test spot and with the bump stop fully engaged it was hitting the fenders at opposite corners real hard right where the inner and outer fenders join. So going to cut them down an inch or two and retest for clearance. If I have to I will flat fender it and be done with it. I like the way the stock suspension feels and can't afford to put a lift on it right now anyway. If I get the fenders where they will clear then I might not lift it at all. I was able to turn fully left and neither the one stuffed or the one that was hanging hit anything. I could not turn it to the right due to fender interference so will recheck for that function after doing the fender mod.

I'm in the same boat. I actually don't wanna lift yet. Maybe change the shocks, but want to do 34's or 35's and flat fenders.
.keep this thread posted on the re check

If I don't forget to bring the camera I will take some shots of the tires when stuffed up in the fenders and post them up.

Finally received my Gobi stealth rack - lighting isn't great - more pics to come to come in daylight. Still waiting on mounting hardware for winch and lights in my garage.

Nice progress! Did you happen to measure the actual height gain front and back with the AEV 2.5" kit?

I got just about an inch all the way around there is a 10a lift discussion that goes into greater detail from a few of us with tape measure pictures

Just got finished with the fender trim and a friend that needed some diff work done had some tape measure figures and they did indeed give us an inch extra lift on our 10a Jeeps'. Went out to flex test place and now with no lift and just a little fender trim I can flex to the point that opposite corners are hard on the bump stops with no rub running 35s!

This is with the tire turned to the right to the stop point with no danger of touching and before the trimming got cleaned up.

I will see if I can get some good shots of the trim spots. The front one are approx. trimmed so that they are one and one half inch from the top of fender until you get to the rear downward slope and that point is two and one half to trim point. The rear you are really just removing the lip and most of the inner liner that is away from the body. There are a couple of plastic rivets that serve as guide points for trimming. I used air powered cut off tool.

This is the right front which I did first and used the cover at back of marker light as start point for cut that curved up to where I wanted to flatten it up at. Will go out and get one of the point where I stopped the cut at. That jagged looking thing is one of three braces that are up front. I didn't want to cut them anymore than I had to and with this if you really don't know what they are supposed to look like you can't tell that they were trimmed.

Ok. Thanks.
Cause I was looking at rims that were 17x9 4.5" backspace / - 12 offset
Wondering if that will change things?

I could not find anything to lay on the very outer part of the lip or it would probably have read 4.5. But with it sitting on the flat part of rim this is what I measured and when I went to the procomp site they called it 4.5.

Any thoughts on using the off camber light bar with the stock front bumper? Will it fit?

Off Camber Fabrications 130716 - Off Camber Fabrications Frame Mount Light Bar for 07-13 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK - Quadratec

Looks like one would need to cut out two of the "squares" with the regular JK bumper to fit this.

Haven't looked at that plastic piece that closely to see if it is the same as on regular Jeeps or not but looks like this should work on the 10a. Might have to trim the metal filler plate or remove to clear the brackets but hard to say. Does look like a good light bar. I down loaded the instructions and seems pretty easy to install with only drilling required in 2011 and up Jeeps.
