Rear 1/2 door on my 10A

I bought my first jeep 2 months ago and have been enjoying it. I wanted half doors but it wasnít an option from the factory for the 10A. I order mopar half doors and uppers. The uppers didnít match the premium top. I dismantled the upper doors and had the cloth replaced to match the premium top. I have only finished one of my rear half doors. I am still working on the other doors. I like the look of just the rear half door. I may run with this configuration around town.

I'm very interested in half doors. Can you come to one of the Houston jeep people meets or an offroad event? I'd really like to see them in person.

Tire Swap

I want to swap my stock tires for DuraTracs, will most places give credits or is it better to sell the tires yourself?

Does anybody here know if the 10th Anniversary Stock (front/rear) bumpers require any additional hardware when installing on a normal '13 JKUR?

Ok.. I am getting ridiculous quotes on getting things Line-X'ed. I just got a quote of $400-$500 to Line-X my fenders (front and back) if I remove them. Then, they said that they could not quote a price, but it would probably be $1500-$2000 to do the interior floorboards. This also includes Rhino Lining. Has anyone been quoted for these jobs? I have seen some people quoted like $600-700 for the interior.

Most def. I am checking around. They are acting stupid saying they really cannot give me a quote unless they see it. Uh.. unless they have never actually Line-X'ed a rig, they should be able to give a quote based off of knowledge or freakin look on the internet at some pics of a wrangler unlimited.

Yeah, ordered them from Jeep. $43 each man! The bumpers are LOD (Front and rear) They have holes for the LOD nameplate, but LOD forgot to send them to me, so I had to come up with something. Glad I thought of these I'm currently out of town, but I'll get some pics up when I get back!

I have tried to go back through this whole thread but didn't see the answer to my question. Has anyone installed a budget boost onto their 10A?

If so what make?

After my first wheeling trip last weekend I think I need a little more ground clearance so was suggested by another JK owner to run a 2" Budget boost and some fat 33's.

Thanks

Also - think about taller tires for more clearance below the axles. If you want fatter tires then 305/70r17 would be something worth considering.

Was wondering if there were any suggestions for the steering stabilizer to replace the OEM one?

As I look at this photo, I assume this must be the winch mounting plate for the 10A bumper? It appears you have gone another route, do you want to sell it?
