If your 10a came with red leather seats, you got black buttons. If you had the black leather seats, you got red buttons.

The black interior got red switches. Someone posted the part number on this forum so I just ordered them from the dealer.

Yes now red leather and switches. It is also easier to locate the switches now. I don't know why they didn't use red switches on all the 10As. What 1967 do you have?

If you are trying to get an over size spare on the factory carrier then good luck. Been there done that, did not work for me.

I ended buying the teraflex carrier and yes still had to use a 1" spacer .
Will try to add a pic!

Here's another one for you guys..... I have read on a few articles whent trying to learn about my new 10A, that regular Rubicons are a bit higher than other models (sport and Saharas), and that the 10a is a bit higher than other rubicons... ???

Is that a fact?? If so, by how much.???

Rubi sits the same height as other models with the same tires other than the 10A the 10 has 1/2 lift

Both, Sport/Sahara/Rubicon all use the same spring inventory dependent on tow package or not and 2 door or 4 door, any perceived additional lift a Rubicon has would be due to the tires being a little larger.

2" AEV spacer lift. Really I just want to show off my Colorado pics. And yes for those with sharp eyes those are Maryland tags on top of Engineer Pass.

Can you post up more photos? ... I'd like to see how this lift impacts the rake.

Also, how does it drive?

Thanks

Any 10A's with snorkels, pics

I am considering replacing my hood with either the 10A or AEV heat reduction hood. I know what the AEV looks like, does anyone of a snorkel on their 10A and could post a pic?

I traded in my 2011 JKU for my 10A. It only had 11,000 miles only about 6000 with 35s. In that little of time the 35 on back started to actually twist the door. The top left side of the door pulled away 1/4 inch. I tried taking off spare to see if it would straighten back out but was to late. I guess 35 is to much weight to hand on rear door. This go around I wouldn't even let them mount my 35 on back until my AEV carrier was installed. Not doing that again.
