As a lead in, here's is my Anvil/Red JKUR at sunset tonight.
You do not have to trim your rails with 35's. The rail will look tight to the tire on the rear. However, the rear is designed to move up and backwards. This motion will not allow the rail to touch the tire on the rear.
Congrats! You see that is what the 10A haters don't understand. It is not that we are suckered into paying that much for a JK, but it is we see the value and really have love at first sight. Good hunting my friend...
In my opinion the more jeeps the better, four door makes more sense to some. I suppose if your a serious rock crawler the shorter wheel base will obviously be a better route to go. As for me I like it for the camping and fishing trips so I went with a four door, was skeptical at first and was persuaded by the wife for the four door and the little extra space sure has come in handy for camping. Don't get me wrong I'm still pretty rough on it I like to reach to fishing holes nobody can get to and ofcourse who dosent like mudding! I will say that the four door is just as capable but needs a lift! The first weekend I had mine I got high centered twice and had to jack up the rear and put rocks under the tires. To me half the fun is getting stuck and macguyvering ur way out just to see what it can do. Lift the four door! Still love the two door too probably will have to but another one to have both!
My assessment of the end cap bolts is that they are softer than the bumper metal, and that it is actually the bumper that is damaging these threads. The nuts are pretty soft by comparison, and thread easy. Either way, if you can get some replacement bolts out of them, more power to you!

Thanks. My dealer is like 2 hours away, so I will not be able to make it out there until at least August. Appreciate the knowledge and I am definitely going to take them off at the dealer. Hopefully they will see that this is a manufacturer problem and replace them if needed.
I took my end caps off and had the same problem, had to ratchet the bolts all the way out but it seems like they used some liquid threads to seal/lock them in a little better, screwed them back in no problem and left the end caps of for good
That is another one with the thread issues... as I understand it it requires a little more work to get them off, but putting them on is where the real problem is.

Finally drove the 10A off the lot, straight up the hill. Went with the all white due to the Southern Nevada desert heat! Great decision so far. My assessment compared to the 09 rubicon is nothing but praise. It does ride a bit higher even though the tires are a fraction shorter. Didn't come close to rubbing with the sway bar released in this attempt. I'm not sure if the springs are actually bigger than regular rubicon or not, but that is my guess. The ride is fantastic, plenty of power on the highway in 4th and 5th gear. 1st gear in low definitely held at 1 mph or less as it is supposed to on very steep and rocky down hill drive.
For all who have posted here, THANK YOU! It helped us make the jump up to 10A!

I just got mine lat week. I went to order a 2014 Rubi and they gave me a sweet deal on a 10a Rubi. I love it. Now I just have to sell my other car and I can afford to do the mods I want.

Hey there fellow 10A'ers. I finally figured out how to post pics (sorry that they're poser shots)! Took delivery in April and had the lift done in May! It's MY first Jeep (wife has an 11' Sport) and even though it almost cost me a divorce, I feel like a little kid on Christmas every time I get behind the wheel!

Greetings from "downstate" to upstate NY. I'm on Long Island. Your Jeep looks great. I got my 10A JK a month ago and I also still feel like a kid at Christmas. Hopefully I'll never loose the feeling. Oh, and nice to see a fellow 2-door owner. Best of luck.
Has anyone reversed the stock tires to hide the white letters on the inside? I absolutely love the rims and am picking up a brand new set today but I dot know much about the KM2's.
Since these delivered in April and later, most of us have no experience yet. The one or two that did reported they were better than expected (low to start), so overall, not too bad. If someone has a preferred, reasonably-priced Winter tire, I'd love to hear about it. I've considered keeping the stock rims to run a smaller/more Winter friendly tire after I go to lift and 35s, but haven't seen a string opinion as yet. Thoughts?
Hey - for the folks in the PA area - I put a post on the 10A main thread about some offroad classes at Rausch Creek - a few of us went up a number of weeks ago and had a blast...
On the aev tire carrier, do you have the option to open just the tire or open it at one with the gate? I like the idea of not having to open it separately every time, but it would be nice to just swing the carrier away when washing. Thanks.
I do think the aev carrier can be disconnected to swing separate. at least from what ive read and seen. I really like aev products and I don't like TF too much. But the HD hinge with adjustable tire carrier is really awesome. On 10a bumpers you can run a AEV wheel with 35s on the lowest setting.
