He said it wasn't critical right now, but inevitably I would have to get a new front. He said back was fine. He said new one would be about $350. He makes them in-house. Actually makes them and ships out to different install shops for BDS lifts. He said the install went really well. Only modification he had to do was cut about an inch off the back of the rock rails. AEV lift rides really nice.

your ride is awesome. mine is scheduled to be delivered on the 27th...can't wait, only took 9 weeks!
can you give me all the specifics on what you did to achieve the appearance. the lift and spacers, etc. did you have the dealership do it or did you bring to a "jeep expert". it's my first jeep and i don't want to screw it up. do you off road? i'm located in NY so i'm really not going off road, i just "LOVE THE LOOK OF YOURS"!!

Thanks man. Off road some, not a bunch. This is going to be my daily driver. That's why I went with the AEV lift. It's just. 4.5" AEV LIFT, AEV Pintler wheels, and Nitto Trail Grapplers (37x12.50x17). Also put a smittybuilt tire carrier on the back. As far as the look, that's it. Pretty simple. Had a local reputable shop put it all on. Just find a shop that does a lot of lifts and you'll be good.

Some first scratches, and her first time taking a bath in the lake. Pictures don't depict how bad it got but she's ok, just a few battle scars!

Yes he would. And have a mini gun attached to the roof.

Glad to see this. Thinking of going up to 35s with no lift. Would think that would be fine for overlanding purposes (not planning any rock crawling).

But those lifted beauties sure do look good... not making my decisions any easier...

I've already posted up an album of shots on this thread, but any good Jeep is in a state of constant flux.

Most notable change is the swap out to flat-style Bushwacker flares. Also added the Teraflex Antenna mount, Strike Force Zebra CB Mounting plate with Uniden CB, Dynomax Ultraflo Welded exhaust, and Welcome Distributing handles. And a very sexy sticker (or 3).

See the rest of the images here -> http://imgur.com/a/Dbuct

It's the Rugged Ridge Hawse Fairlead plate mount. Link Here

I had to buy a generic fairlead in order for it to fit. The one that came with my 9.5 cti-s was a big, fat Warn one with a Warn logo on top. The plate would not fit in it.

It's very sturdy and I don't forsee any problems with it. I always had darker than legal tint on, so I try not to give the guys a reason to pull me over and check it.

Suppliers discount on a 10A

Is it true you can't use your suppliers discount of 1% under invoice on a Rubicon 10A? A dealer told me that I couldn't since it is a special edition? Anyone else hear of this?

Supplier's discount is the same as Chrysler Affiliate, right? If so then lots of people have used it. You would need to call more dealers until one will accept it.

Not true. I bought my 10a at 1% under using the affiliate discount. Your dealer just doesn't want to do it. I was looking at 2 10as at 2 different dealers and both would give me affiliate pricing.
