17" wheel with good backspacing for 35's

Hey guys - i'm trying to determine which wheels I want to go with to pair with my GY MTR/k's once I get them.

A guy from my local shop recommends I go with a 17x9, and I've also heard i want to stick with about a 4.5" backspace but having a little difficulty finding that. The procomp wheel I really like is 4.75" backspacing for their 17x9 - would that be too much backspacing? I see a lot of people run the XD addict and that's about 4.5" backspacing, which may be an option.

Are there any other good recommended 17" wheels with a good backspacing? Other information you might need to know is i'm going with a RK 3.5" max travel lift on a 4 door rubicon.

yea, 4.5 is the "magic" number, but by no means the end all be all. if you are getting wide tires, like 12.5s i would say try to stick to 4.5" or less. if you are getting 10.50s you should have no problems on a wheel with 4.75" of bs

I have no issues with my Pro Comp 8069 wheels and the 4.75" backspacing. There's plenty of room. You will be fine with any 35" tire. I run metric 35 x 12.5 x 17's.
