2.5 Lift Kit [Video] + Questions...

Ok. Here goes...

I have read until I am blue in the face, literally. Researched this forum, messaged people (because I love getting counsel from people who have been there and done that).

I know there has probably been 1,000 threads and topics on this question, and chances are I read them all, but... I do find myself still apprehensive on ordering a lift kit, and I do need one.

Which lift kit for my application...

What I am wanting is 16 x 33 (rims and tires). I do not rock crawl. I hate the mall. I do however... spend most of my time on my friends farm of 3,500 acres (swamp, open fields, wetlands, very smooth trails).

Here is a video showing some of the terrain, the lime-rock roads and more, ignore the rifle shooting stuff if you want, this video was for something else, but it does show you where I drive.

My first post got cut off... here is the rest:

My jeep is for fast moving, doors off, and AR15 shooting boars and pigs at night. Probably odd sounding I know, but night vision and thermal scopes are my instruments of choice.

I merely need enough of a lift to easily go off a lime-rock road and out into an open field if needed.

My questions is:

What lift kit would I need, and what parts would you leave out and supplement with something else: Example: TeraFlex, without the shocks, and add the Rancho shocks etc.

This is my dilemma, and I could use some feedback. Links to the appropriate parts or kits would be great. I would prefer that I do not need to relocated lines or parts etc, if at all possible.

I have JCR Front and Rear Full Width bumpers, and siderails going on as well, so this is added weight.

I have had quite a few people tell me to look at the TeraFlex Performance Leveling Kit.

You don't need more than 1-1.5" to get plenty of clearance for 33" tires. But if you want to noticeably improve the handling, ride and off road performance at speed go with the AEV 2.5" lift. It performs a lot better at speed on and off road.

You can cruise at 30-40 MPH over some pretty rough trails (no obstacles like trees or boulders) but it is overkill just to install 33" tires.

I have a Rock Krawler 1.5 Max Travel kit and 33s. Ride quality is great and sounds like what you might be looking for.
