2 door JK Back seat!!

Hey guys! I just got a 2007 2dr Ruby with some great mods! Love it! Only one problem... I have no back seat and I need one Badly! Is there anyway to put a bucket seat there or maybe even get a TJ seat to work??
Thanks in advance for your help!

Look on craigslist. Or eBay.

Tried criagslist.... no luck... ebay had some for $900+. I dont really want to do that. Has anyone fabricated an alternative yet? i.e. bucket seats or tj bench?

A tj is narrower than a jk so I'm not surw if it would fit. It might have a little space o. The side

Yes, I saw someone on wrangle forum put bucket seats in the back of his Jeep. It looked real good. I like the idea. Your have to do a search for bucket seats in Jeep or modify your search a little. But it has been done at least once.

I think he is referring to the willingness of Jeep owners in the City of Brotherly Love to go as far as needed to help a fellow Jeep owner.

I think he was the same guy who asked if my back seat was still for sale on Craig's List.

Unfortunately? I had to put it back in due to girlfriend having a son.

My priorities are all mixed up

LOL DrSaw! I did find some finally. They are in NC. Lucky my sister lives there and can pick them up for me. I had zero luck in craigslist or ebay. I would still like to see some after market options for this problem. Anyway... thanks for the help everyone!

Maybe try to call some local junk yards? With the model going back to 07 i'm sure it can't be to hard to find a salvage part out jk somewhere close. Though I took my backseat out day one and got a car seat in there perfect without it.

Where you live, I took the back seat out of mine the day it came home no one or nothing has ever been on the seat. Not much of a market for a rear JK seat. It's heavy and shipping would be expensive.

I only keep mine because I know one day I will sell the Jeep (hopefully to get a newer one) and I think not having the rear seat will hurt resale or trade in value a lot. Even if it doesn't hurt the numbers, it might make a potential buyer shy away if there is no rear seat available. So it just sits in my garage taking up space under my work bench. Along with the stock carpet, my spare soft top and all the other parts I've taken off lol.

Was able to find on another forum some one else had replaced the back bench seat with a single buck seat. And even found 2 from this forum. It can be done, but you have to drill thru the bottom of your Jeep.

2 door custom rear seat (bucket replacing bench)

JKU front seats in the back

Back seats
