95% of the 4 doors around here are black and chromed out to resemble a Hummer.Hell my wife even said they look like a Hummer and she wouldn't mind having one.

There I said it dont hate me because I drive a 2 door. Its just what I like.
Hummer? You mean the little toy chest with escape hatches for windows? Omy... America is done

Dont get me wrong if my kids were not grown adults or we were still into hiking and tent camping ,kayaking ect I too would be driving a 4 door. A 4 door Jeep is a great adventure vehicle with room for all you stuff. I dont need all that stuff anymore so I went with a 2 door for max agility on the tight trails here in the woods.

What does a jeep look like? out of 7 models, do you take the average of each? fusing parts like a chimera?

Sounds to me like real life: those with short ones are always more vocal and offended but for those with the longer ones its never an issue.......lol

^^^^ height, you know, short man syndrome^^^

Can't we just get along?

Let me put it in another perspective. For me it would be like driving a 4 door Mustang or a 4 door Camaro . It just doesn't look right. But If I needed 4 doors I would have no issues owning one.Others think the 4 door looks better so its all a matter of preferences.

Short man syndrome not a problem. No issue here Im happy camper with my 2 door I know how to drive it and Im sure those with 4 doors are happy campers as well.In the end its all about what you like after all your the one driving it.

We have too many Members in this thread that have taken what has been said about the Wrangler of their choice, 2DR, or 4DR personally and caused some unhappiness!

I FOR ONE, WISH THAT A MODERATOR WOULD LOCK IT, BECAUSE IT IS JUST A DEAD HORSE.......

Went from a 4 door to a 2 do. Biggest mistake I've ever made. Don't get me wrong, it's still a Jeep and it's awesome, but it pails in comparison to the 4 door in every way. Space, looks, ability.

Putting groceries in the back seat is freaking hard on the 2 door. I've got 6000 miles on it and when I go in for an oil change tomorrow I'll be harassing the salesman to get a really good deal so I can go back to a 4 door.

HATE THE TWO DOOR. Hate it.

Really? I think the 2 door looks a tad better with stock tires, but once you go bigger and with a lift the two door looks goofy, top heavy. The 4 door looks outstanding...like nothing else once you put big tires and or lift it.

It's like old tech vs new tech. Why would anyone get the old (2 door) tech?

The 4 door is superior.

This is coming from someone who's recently owned and driven both...A LOT.
