Are you wanting to set the old body on top of the new drivetrain?

Actually I found a very slightly used frame from a 2011 and my 2001 has a repair and some rust in lower regions of frame. Was thinking of totall frame swap.

It's possible but I'm thinking it will be completely custom. They are different models. You can stick anything in or on a frame vehicle if you have the time, place, budget, and know how.

The body mounts won't line up, not to mention it is wider and longer than a TJ frame. It would be a lot of work to get it under there. If the wheelbase was the same you could just chop off the extra at the end but since it isn't you'd have to do a ton of welding. It'd be easier to get patch pieces for your frame of swap out another TJ frame
