2007 Jeep Wrangler X automatic

Hey, new member here. Been lurking for some time now and finally decided to make an account. Just a few questions for you wrangler owners here.

I've recently been looking for a Jeep Wrangler. To be exact I want a 2007 2-door Jeep Wrangler X model with an automatic tranny and a 6 cyl. 3.8L engine and 4WD. Now here's the kicker, my limit is $10k. Sounds crazy, I know. But I've heard stories of people picking up '07 Saharas for around $14k-$15k, so I think I might be able to find one in my price range.
I live in Mississippi, near Jackson to be exact, and was wondering if anyone has ever bought one (or seen one) for that price around here? I don't plan to do a whole lot of mods after buying it and as such would like one to be mostly stock. I want my first jeep to be simple, yet ready for the offroad. To sorta "ease" me into the whole offroading thing.
Anyways, any help is appreciated guys and gals. Thanks in advance!

If anyone can tell me if I will be able to find a Wrangler like I described in my post above, I would appreciate it.

A 2007 JK for $10k? Never gonna happen unless its very, very busted up in which you will end up be spending a lot more just to fix her up. You have a $10k limit you need to look at a TJ. 2003 or so I believe. Wranglers are known for keeping their value and to think after 4 years a jeeo will drop nearly half its market value is pretty whacky.

The most bone stock poor condition two door sport 2007 is just under $13k and when paying that much... you're buying a problem jeep that has been driven to the ground. If you want a decent jeep to get you into offroading, go with a sturdy and cheaper TJ.

You are probably way too low on your price expectations. I got almost $16,000 trade in value on my 2007 and the dealer had it on his lot for $18,000 asking price. Below is the '07 I traded in:

@bamajeeper
I'm not an alumni, just a fan. Roll Tide!

And thanks for the replies guys and gals. I guess I'm going to save up for a few more years and buy a newer Jeep. Might just keep saving and buy a brand new Rubi. Who knows. haha

I appreciate the help fellas!
