2007 Wrangler Bow Kit

So I have a 2007 Wrangler X. It is a soft top and the right side has loosened up and shifted upward from the frame of my car. Not only is it making my car ride extremely noisy, but it is also killing my MPG.

I'm pretty sure that I need a new bow kit in order to bring it back down, but I was wondering if anybody could offer any additional solutions? Is there any way that I can adjust my top to get it back to its normal state? Or am i stuck with purchasing a new bow kit?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
