2008 JK noob, upgrade suggestions?

Im new to the jeep worl, but ever since i was a little kid i wanted one. Its the ultimate vehicle, capable of handling any terrain. I finally bought one, and its a 2008 JK wrangler X, I want to lift it and get bigger tires. Right now i only have about 3600 to drop. Suggestions for decent upgrades (performance and cosmetic) for a decent price? Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance

Further info, I take it mudding and offroading quite a bit, but nothing too intense due to it being stock.

I dont plan on taking it on any serious krawling, but i do take it on some really rough terrain and need a decent amount of flex, and the mud i go in gets pretty deep. (Last time i went, i buried my axle and had to get pulled out by 3 trucks...)

$3600 is decent.

I would suggest a 2.5" lift (Rock Krawler), some 35's, some 5.13 gears and a winch.

Jason is a good dude, he will take care of you.

Would 3600 cover all of that? also is 2.5" even a high enough lift to comfortably fit 35s without rubbing even with flex.. Wheel spacers?

I don't know if $3600 would include gears.

But you can run 35's on 2.5" and if you run a Rock Krawler lift, they generally lift a little more than advertised. If you have 3.21 gears, you will want/need a re-gear. If you don't want to fool with it, get some 33's. Even then 3.21 will leave a lot to be desired.

Here you go. I think Jason carries all these brands.

$600 in parts. Still got to price out labor which could be anywhere between $500-$1000
