2009 JK sun visors vs. 2010 sun visors

I've searched the forum & can't find this addressed. I love my 2009 Jeep Wrangler but the engineers that designed the sun visors should be fired. These short, strubby things barely block anything. I understand that one of the modifications on the 2010 Wrangler was to the sun visors. If this is the case A) Are they really much better? B) Will the visors for a 2010 fit a 2009? Thanks for any input
