2009 JKU problem

I posted this earlier and ended up taking my Jeep to the dealer. They said that the Totally Intergrated Power Model needs replacing. The deal is that they are on back order for up to 4 weeks !!! He said he did a dealer seach and found only 15 in the country and that these were already dedicated to other customers. I asked that if I could find one and bring it in would they do the repair and he said not a problem. So I am on the hunt, the part # is 4692 289 AF if anyone finds me one I'll buy you a tee shirt or something. TIA. Think I'll email Pat@ feilds and see if I'm being B.Sed.

Why would they bs you? Surely they want your $$...

Either way, hope you find one. Four weeks sans Jeep would suck.
