just wondering what kinds of deals or incentives/rebates people are seeing on 2010s. the dealerships around me aren't offering much and aren't beating the price of the 2011s by much at all. seems at this point the 2010s would be a steal. of course i'm new to buying wranglers but not to vehicle purchases and have in the past got great deals on the previous model year.
Looks like it's all just $1500 rebates for now. Here's a link to the Edmunds site, which is usually accurate: (Jeep Wrangler Incentives and Rebates). Looks like it's just $500 rebates on the 2011s.
Join tread lightly for 25 dollars and get the jeep for 1% or 2% below invoice. I forgot which it is. You had them the membership and they give you the price. No haggle.
thanks for the link MTH. checked it out and it is surprising to me that there really isn't a difference in the 2010 to 2011 price. mind you I am basing it on the treadlighthly discount which seems to be the ultimate equalizer. but considering i could still custom order a 2011 for not much more money and have it shipped to a dealer near me I can't see the 2010 being anywhere near the 2011 price. then to consider the new interior on the 2011 makes it even harder to see.
Yep, plus get any other rebates and the tread lightly discount. The coupons are really a rebate so the dealer gets that money back, so no loss for the dealer.
I bought a 2010 2dr sahara for about $6,000 less than what a 2011 with the same options sticker at. Not sure how good that is but it was nice enough that I bought it! Well ok, that and I put 13k down on it. But the incentives offered was $1500 off or a low APR. Think it was 0 for 36 months and 3.5 for 48-60 months and maybe 5ish for 72. Dont quote me on the last one though.
