2011 JK 3" lift 35" tires gearing question

Hey fellow jeepers, Im new to this forum which has been very helpful to me as a newbie…. I have a 2011 automatic unlimited JK Sahara that I finally upgraded to 35” tires (true 34”) and a 3” lift. Gear ratio is 3.73 i believe. I use this as my daily vehicle (highway/city) and also take it camping/beach trips few times a year (no rock crawling on mind yet).

I’ve went one full circles on my research from different threads and decided to post my own to hopefully get some of my questions answered:

Do I need to re-gear? If so what’s recommended?
Would re-gearing void my warrantee?
What is the average cost for such work?

Regearing is all up to personal opinion. Some people will tell you it's a dog, and that's their opinion. You should definitely try it for a little bit before regearing as this generally costs 1500-2000. If you do decide to regear you shouldn't go with less than 4.88 gears. With the auto 4.88 or 5.13 would be good for daily driving. If you think you will go to 37's one day go for 5.13 or 5.38(you can get these gears now for a D30 front, before you couldn't).

As for warranty work, your gears will no longer be covered(not mopar anymore), your suspension won't be covered(you lifted it) and they could make an argument not to cover axle components because of the lift and tires, but the rest of your drivetrain should be covered. Some dealers aren't mod friendly and will refuse to do any work under warranty, but if you come in contact with them you will just have to find another dealer

thx for your input jkjeeper06. Looks like im going with either 5.13 or 5.38 with my "34s". I'm having trouble choosing between the two. I don't know how much of a noticeable difference they'd have for daily city/highway commute, M416 trailer towing few times a year, and some offroad.
