2011 Sahara Tan photos

I have been searching the net and still have not found true photos of sahara tan (so far I have only seen brochure photos). Dealer shows them in the inventory but didn't see any when I drove by. Where are they hiding? I think a sahara tan rubicon with black hard top would look awesome. Like many of you I am not sold on the new interior, From the photos, I prefer the 2010 interior. I might sneak a look inside one today.

It's not a true tan. It's a very light cream color.

This is only my opinion so don't take it the wrong way, but that color is extremely feminine. It's right up there with the surf blue. I wouldn't advise it unless you can find a handbag and shoes to match.

I thought I liked it until I saw it in person. Meh. Although I still would like to see one with a matching top.

6" heels in surf blue is kick-ass. Have the
Matching Coach bag ordered.

It's very close. A little lighter. I would like to see the two side-by-side. For not seeing it other than a printed square on a page, I am very happy with the color. Cosmos Blue is one I am looking forward to seeing.

Dark Cherry Red is pretty, it is more blue red, where the Red rock is a browner red. But I gotta say, that tan is the fugliest color for a Wrangler (or any other vehicle) I think I've ever seen..... Where the heck is the Sublime, or snake green? I mean, seriously, Jeeps are fun, they should come in fun colors.... Beige Someone lost their mind in R&D.....

In all honesty... it IS rather close to the CARC desert tan color. Maybe that's what they were going for. Maybe in flat finish it would have the desired effect, but I agree, it looks really bad on a Wrangler.

I like the tan and disagree about the estrogen content thereof.

I'd want a dark khaki roof with it, similar to my tent's cover on the trailer. Then maybe I'd paint the trailer tan to match the Jeep...

But enough of that; I'm not getting a new Jeep.

And it's a 15 yard penalty and loss of down when you call a Jeep color ugly.
Dang.

I don't like it, but all the pics are of a 4 door. I bet it would better on a 2 door with a green top like they used to put on the Sahara TJ's.

Whew! Glad I didn't call it ugly..... ..... I shouldn't say this but I'm living on the edge this week, I don't like Silver either.... I never have owned a silver vehicle and I never will if I can help it.... Something about driving something the same color as pavement that bothers me.... Had a Driftwood GC several years ago, loved the way the color looked, but I hated driving it, sold it about 6mos later, just because I couldn't stand the color.. I know, I'm crazy.
