2011 suspension lift kit vs. spacers

Ok guys. . this is my 2nd jeep but the first im doing any mods to. . any input on a full suspension lift vs. a 2.5 spacer and shocks. . daily driver and only off roading maybe once a month. . want the rugged look but really am seeking other jeep owners with either of these mods have to say about pros/cons. . thanks for your help

A spacer lift (BB) will be fine for part time wheeler. AEV now has a 2" BB for around $200- I think the kit has shock extension brackets so you can keep the factory shocks. with 2" you can go up to a 33" tire but may need new wheels or spacers depending on the thickness of them.

The only advantage to full coil replacement, over the use of "pucks" would be in EXTREME rock/hillclimbing and then, only if you aren't familiar with your suspension-

The Coil replacement "lift" can be a good idea if your existing coils are too soft, or aren't stiff enough-then thats better than just adding the pucks !!
