2011 Unlimited tires

I was wondering if I can do 33's on 16 in. stock rims w/ no lift...

It depends on how wide the tires are, not how tall for if you need wheel spacers. Anything over 11" or 285's will start rubbing slightly on stock backspacing and as you get wider the rubbing gets worse and needs either new wheels with better backspacing or wheel spacers.

As far as 33", you don't have problems with rubbing the fenders unless you get into articulation especially if you disconnect the sway bars. But for all on road and many off road trips you will be fine without a lift but as with width, the larger you go over 33's the less it takes to start rubbing.
