Lightbulb 2011 Wrangler JET Performance Stage 1 Module- Worth it?

Hey guys, was just looking into some options for my 2011 wrangler.

Im looking for basic power and fuel gains. I am seeing that it is hard to find a decent chip for anything newer then a 2010 wrangler but so far what i found is this JET Performance Stage 1 Module.

Jet Performance 90910 - JET Performance Stage 1 Module for 09-11 Jeep® Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK with 3.8L V-6 Gasoline Engine - Quadratec

I was wondering if anyone has any reviews or recommendations for me.

Thanks,
Jack

There is nothing for 11-12 yet.

Save and wait for a tuner if one becomes available. I have never heard a positive as far as a chip goes.

Best way to better your mileage is changing your driving style FREE.
Or regear especially if you are running bigger tires $1500-$2000

my old man bought the stage 2 jetchip for his 2011 and then sold his rubicon for a 12' took off the jetchip and put it on my 2010.

he swore by it, and i think it did give me more performance then my air raid cai, throttle body, and catback exhaust. and it gave me more performance then my superchips.

Hey i see you have in your signature that you installed a "sprint booster" how is that working out for you? and is it worth the extra few dollars?

What are your performance and fuel gains looking like?

Sounds like $240 isnt that bad if you really feel and see performance and fuel gains. I do understand that you were stage 2 and i would be going from stock to stage 1, but im thinking that this may be a step in the right direction.

Im going to wait alittle longer and hopefully see some more commentary.

Thanks for all the help!

I've got a stage 1 on my 08. I really haven't noticed any difference at all since I installed it. Picked it up for 75 so not too disappointed but wouldn't pay full price. Been running it for just about a year.

The price is rough but overall I love it.
The throttle sensitivity on my 07 blows.
If anything makes the jeep more drivable.
It really helps changing between the gears with the 6 speed. Before I would i would have to stand on the gas peddle to get her to move. A lot easier to bump the Rpms up
I heard they changed the throttle map in 10 and thats why you don't see many complaints ???
Paired with the Superchips throttle settings it's even better

I had Jet chips on both my CJ and my old TJ... I did notice a slight performance boost, but I had numerous problems with the "chip" failing and my Jeep not starting/ or running properly. I would not recommend these products based on my past experience. I can tell you the Jet stood behind their products and fixed or replaced the faulty chips...
