2011 Wrangler needs help!

I recently installed an aftermarket stereo into my 2011 Wrangler Unlimited Sport. Put everything back together and noticed the air was only blowing out of the defrost vents. Turned the knob several times, could hear the compressor kick on, but vents did not switch to floor or passenger area. Turned the air on and it blew cold air. Turned the heat on and still cold air, no heat. Took it to dealer, they said Climate Control switch was faulty. Part was on backorder for a week. Went to dealer yesterday, they installed new control unit, still have same problem. Dealer said the jeep was not throwing any trouble codes and was not sure what else was wrong. Dealer did state that vent motor was not getting any voltage to it. I took it home, traced the wires from vent motor back to control unit. Tested both wires and they were not broken or shorted out. Checked fuses, relays, vacuum lines in engine compartment to no result. Does anyone have a clue what could be causing this? I have a little over 10,000 miles on it and it has not been driven off road. I am completely stumped and really don't want to leave it at the dealer for a week. Any help would be appreciated.

ok... i would first try this... take the dash back off and check directly below the radio in between where the radio and the ac controls are. make sure none of those connections got bumped off or pinched..

other than that i don't know what else to try

It worked before the radio, now it doesnt. It could be just murphys law, but I believe its something with the install. Did you use a harness adapter, or cut and splice your oem harness?

Thanks for the suggestions. I used the axxess adapter for Chrysler. I have pulled the dash apart at least 25+ times in the last two weeks. I even put back in the old radio to see if the adapter was messing it up. The wire harness is pretty solid, crawled up with a flash light behind the radio mount, looked under the vents, nothing looks out of place or pulled. I will pull the dash off in the morning and look again, completely stumped. I have installed radio's in various vehicles, late model and earlier model vehicles, this was my first jeep install. I'm thinking I should have just left it alone!

Has the new control switch been installed yet? Double check the fuses also. Even ones that dont relate to the system. If the damage was caused by a crap harness, its already done, so switching them may not do anything now. Take a test meter and test to make sure the harness wasnt crossing the wrong wires. Also I would connect in a physical ground besides the harness. I have no faith in aftermarket deck harnesses. Ive had to switch wires around on harnesses before. This may not be your issue, but I would eliminate the possibility before assuming murphys law just randomly attacked you.
