The newer windows are relatively easy to get out with a modern wire-out system. If I were you, I would make sure that whoever you call uses a wire-out system and not some other means. The Jeep windshields don't have a molding, so if a power cut-out tool goes through the urethane too far, it will scratch the paint and there is no way of hiding it. A wire-out tool just uses a piece of wire around the whole outside of the window, then it is pulled to the inside, leaving the trim in place and no damage to any paint or trim pieces.
The whole process should take an hour to an hour and a half, depending on the tech.
