Well, it was just the idler pulleys. I followed steps 1-3 from this thread.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering for their 3.6L, I had ordered parts 7 & 8 but it turns out that Chrysler now only uses part 7 with an additional bolt.
I also pulled the radiator overflow just to give me a little more room to negotiate the breaker bar. Reseated the belt and made sure it was all together and then put it all back together. Retorqued everything and my jeep no longer is whining. Took a noob like me about 30 minutes.
I decided not to replace the alternator so now I have a spare.
