By the way, I took mine in and they recommended replacing the ABS controller under warranty. I got a printout of the technicians notes after that visit and from what I can tell the issue wasn't resolved after the new controller was installed so they traced the electrical and found corrosion on the wiring near one of my rear speed sensors. They spliced a new one in and all good ever since (apart from the unrelated 3rd heater core that's currently on order.)

Love my Jeep, hate my Chrysler.

So similar issue fir me tonight. 12 jeep wrangler sport 6 speed. 13 ticks. Come out to parking garage and jeep starts to turn over then immediately completely dead. I think that's odd. Did I leave my lights on from getting lunch? I dint think so. So eventually I find a jump. Car starts but brake light is on, abs light, traction control light and dinging noise. Radio goes on and off, interior lights flicker. Start to drive home, speedo not working at all at first then just jumps around from 0 to 30 and back and forth. Get home and put in neutral and rev it a bit and it Seems to be running a little rough. Turn it off and try to restart and completely dead. Turning key dues nothing. No lights at all. Take key out, Make sure lights are off and get out. Notice the parking lights are on dimly and flickering a bit. Double check that everything is off. It is but parking lights still on. Go inside about 20 minutes. Come back to garage and now the headlights are also dimly flickering on and off. This is nota joke. They do this fir 2 or 3 minutes. I open the hood to look at the battery and when I open the hood the lights go off. Everything seems normal. Close the hood, get in car, dome lights turn on, car tries to start but battery just seems to weak. Almost turns over but not quite. Classic weak battery response and completely different than what it was doing before. Weird. Any thoughts? Just a battery? Jeep is 23 months old and 13 miles.

Hello everyone - to resurrect an old thread, I found the fix and posted full write up on my blog.

It was the battery terminals!

I just took my 2014 with just over 3000 miles in for the same issue and they retrieved 10 ABS codes. They replaced the break switch. Even though I didn't see any light on, I heard the sound schemes go off once as I pulled into my driveway. So...problem is not solved.
What did you do to your terminals to stop this issue? I couldn't find your blog.

I have had 2 friends have the same issues and both were resolved with some sort of fix to the battery terminals or battery itself. I will see if I can get one of them to chime in here.
