I got everything you're getting, plus the limited slip rear, for $32,050. I'd pull the trigger.

There is nothing wrong with the Sahara as long as people understand what they want....and why they want it.

WRANGLER UNLIMITED SAHARA 4X4 $ 29,828.00
5-SP AUTO $ 1,001.00
CONNECTIVITY GROUP $ 343.00
MAX TOW PACKAGE w/ 3.73 $ 285.00

The Infinity speakers and Sat radio are free with the Sahara. Assuming you're not going with LSD and hard top, and now that I do the math, I'd aim for $30,828 (2% below invoice), and agree to pay $31,142 (1% below).

I'm not sure if you're opting for the following, but this is why I originally posted my "pull the trigger at $32k" statement:
ANTI-SPIN DIFFERENTIAL REAR AXLE $ 263.00
BLACK 3-PIECE HARD TOP $ 654.00
