2012 tire question

Anyone running 3.73 with 35s? Wondering how it does. Looking at putting a 2.5" lift on my truck and debating on if I will go to 33s or 35s.

i'm running 35's with a 3.73 on my 2010 not thrilled with it, gears eventually... but it's not that bad in the mountains of west Florida. i notice it on the interstate... but i'm a backroads guy to begin with....

Well I was driving a 2008 wrangler before this, it still has to have more pep than the old engine I would assume?

It will. I've got 3.73's and 35's on my '12. The lack of power is most noticeable trying to pass on the highway in high gear, going up hills, and if you've got a mean headwind. Fine around town, and in every gear but 6th (I've got a manual).

If you're in an auto, it might be a little more annoying.

I'm gonna regear to 4.56 or 4.88 shortly.

I have the same setup as wolf except with the auto, I was really surprised how well it does, I probably notice the mpg difference mire than the actual power loss. Eventually I will regear also.
